Service Design workshops:

  • Workshops with WHO stakeholders in Geneva HQ
  • Three day long ideation workshop where many different stakeholders joined for gathering of usability requirements for the international and multilingual website who.int
  • Different Design Sprint methodologies were used to gather data that would lead to raw wireframe designs
  • Existing website content was gathered and rearranged with stakeholders to be more vibrant and accessible

Component Library & Design System creation:

  • Component patterns were built using the workshop material and wireframes
  • The design system was created as a pixel perfect platform for the developers to work on

Web Design for who.int, the global organization website:

  • Designs were built using Sketch app and shared to dev team with Zeplin
  • Website was built by a dev team on Sitefinity CMS system

Leading the world throughout the uncertainty of COVID-19, the WHO experienced an enormous increase in traffic to their site – 1.4 billion unique visitors in 2020. To deliver unwavering access to critical information, the WHO migrated to Sitefinity Cloud’s architecture. With 1000 editors publishing content every 90 seconds, the WHO maintained 0% content-authoring downtime,100% CI/CD automation and 100% automation towards multi-channel content-delivery.
